Maria Lourdes Badayos ("ML") is a Cebu lawyer and a founding partner of Badayos & Badayos Law, with expertise in family and estate, litigation, and real estate.

Before establishing the firm, ML served as Managing Partner of Badayos Descallar Olmillo Law Offices, where she handled private prosecution, criminal defense, civil and administrative litigation, appellate advocacy, employment law, and real estate transactions. 

Earlier in her career, she worked as an Associate at E.C. Labella & Partners Law Offices, further honing her litigation and advocacy skills.

ML also has experience in legislative and policy reform. She previously served as Legal Officer III at the Cebu City Legal Office and is currently a Consultant on Legal and Legislation Matters for the 16th Sangguniang Panlungsod of Cebu City, under the office of Hon. Pancrasio Esparis.

In 2018, ML earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Jose-Recoletos. She passed the 2018 Philippine Bar Examination and was admitted to the Bar in June 2019.
