Maria Lourdes C. Badayos

Before establishing the Firm, Maria Lourdes served as Managing Partner of Badayos Descallar Olmillo Law Offices, where she handled private prosecution, criminal defense, civil and administrative litigation, appellate advocacy, employment law, and real estate transactions.

Earlier in her career she was an Associate at E.C. Labella & Partners Law Offices, working in litigation and advocacy.

She also has experience in legislative and policy reform. She served as Legal Officer III at the Cebu City Legal Office, and is currently Consultant on Legal and Legislation Matters for the 16th Sangguniang Panlungsod of Cebu City, under the office of Hon. Pancrasio Esparis.

Maria Lourdes earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Jose-Recoletos in 2018. She passed the 2018 Philippine Bar Examination and was admitted to the Bar in June 2019.
